Quilting Services

The current rate for edge to edge quilting is 2.5 cents per square inch.

Example: Your quilt is 70”x90”

70x90=6,300

6,300 x .025= $157.50 for quilting

Most of the batting I stock is on a 93" roll.

I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch.

For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" inches of the batting of your choice.

• 65" of 100% cotton @ $0.40/in = $26.00
• 65" of 80/20 cotton/poly blend @ $0.33/in = $21.45
• 65" of 100% poly @ $0.26/in = $16.90

Batting will have a 6 percent sales tax added.

Batting Types available:

Quilters Dream 80% cotton/20% poly blend (natural, unbleached - $0.42 per linear inch)

Quilters Dream Black 100% poly (black - $0.36 per linear inch)

Warm and White 100% Cotton Batting (Bleached white - $0.39 per linear inch)

Warm and Plush 100% Cotton Batting (natural, unbleached - $0.33 per linear inch)

Hobbs 80/20 (Bleached white - $0.32 per linear inch)

Special order another Quilters Dream option (Dream Wool in another size, Black Poly, Orient blend, Green - made from recycled bottles)

I use Glide, Superior or Auriful Threads while quilting. Let me know if you have a preference!

Due to the limitations of my quilting frame, I can take a backing up to 120”.
